1. Home screen information

• The home screen is divided into four parts and can be checked by swipe up and down.

  1. Sensor status: You can check the connection status of the sensor here
  2. Tutorial: A tutorial video is displayed that you must watch before exercising with WheelieX.
  3. Training Mode: Touch the desired training mode to select the training mode.
  4. Recommended Content: Displays customized recommended content for the user.

  

2. Select Training Mode

1) WHEELY-X offers a total of six training modes.

• Course Training
• Interval Training (time)
• Interval Training (distance)
• Free Training
• Endurance Training
• Sprint Training

2) How to select training mode

• There are two ways to go to training mode.

  1. The application "Home" screen displays the swipe screen training mode down.

     

  2. Touch the "Training" button at the bottom of the application to activate the button orange and go to the "Training Mode" screen.

     

• On the Training Mode screen, you can select the training mode you want by touching it.
