1. Profile Related Features Guide

• Supports multi-profile capabilities that allow you to create multiple profiles within a single account.
• Multi-profile capabilities allow you to manage multiple people's data separately from one WHEELY-X.

1) Entering the Profile Screen

• Touch the circular profile in the upper right corner of the Home screen to navigate to the settings.

  

• The name of the currently logged-in profile is displayed on the left side of the settings screen.

  • To create and change a profile, touch the “Switch profile" button under the profile to enter the "Multi-profile" screen.

  

2) Multi-profile settings

• A profile with a crown mark on the right side of the screen is the "Master Profile".

• You can modify your account information only if you are logged in to "Master Profile".

• The currently logged-in profile is displayed in bright gray.

  

3) Add Profile

• Touch the "Create Profile" button in the lower right corner.

  

• Enter your profile nickname.

  

• You can set your password by touching the Activate password button.

  

• Enter the details of the profile you want to add.

  • If you are unsure of the customer's information, fill it out at random and modify it later.
    • In the case of wheelchair users, weight measurement is often difficult.
    • If you don't know or are unclear about your weight, please fill it out at the average weight of 65kg.

  

• When a profile is added, it is automatically logged in with that profile.

  • The profile that appears in bright gray is the currently logged in profile.

  

4) Move Profile

• Touch the profile you want to move.

  

  • If you have set a password for the profile, you must enter a password.

  

5) Remove Profile

• Touch the trash can icon to the right of the profile you want to delete.

  

• Touch Confirm in the reconfirmation window to delete the profile.

  • A profile with a password set must be entered before it can be removed.

  

2. Modify account information

1. Entering the Editaccount info

• Touch the Setting button → Touch the Edit account info button

  

  

  

• If the button does not exist, please check again if it is the “Master Profile”.

• If it is not a master profile, the Edit profile info button is displayed in the same location.

  

2. Edit acoount info

• Modify the account's name, nickname, and phone number personal information

  • The email cannot be modified later because it performs the login id function.

  

3. Change Account Password

• Modify the password for your account.

4. Edit account disability information

• Modify Disability type, Handgrip strength, and Upperbody movement

• If the disability type is a spinal cord, the spinal cord disability type is selectable.
