Touch the "Content" button at the bottom of the application's home screen.
The Content button turns orange and goes to the "Fitness Content" screen.
Swipe up and down the "Adaptive fitness contents" screen to see more contents.
The categories are divided into five categories: “All", "Tutorial", "Wheelchair Spinning", "Wheelarobic", and "Wheelates & Yoga".
Touch the desired category to move the orange bar to that category and display the content.
Touch the thumbnail of the fitness content you want to watch to go to the content information screen.
The Content Information screen shows the difficulty, calorie consumption, and playback time of the fitness content.
At the bottom of the Content Information screen, you can read the instructor's description of the content.
You can watch the content by touching the orange "Start" button at the bottom or the play button at the center.
If you don't want to watch it, you can go back to the list by touching the Back button in the upper left corner of the content information screen.
